I'm doing some art for school, and I have had to cover part of my canvas with white acrylic paint because someone flicked paint over it and messed it up. I was originally going to use watercolour paints on that part of the painting to get a softer colour, but I don't know if I can now that it's covered in acrylic.
So my question is whether or not I can put watercolour onto acrylic, and if not, is there something I can do to the acrylic (put something over it, for example) it to make it possible?
