I need help with this topic.
For several days I have not been able to complete a hotsync because in my palm t3 an icon appears "acropilot.prc", I made the mistake of making a hard reset.

what can I do? :confused:
 
What is it that you want to do? Did the hard reset solve the problem of the T3 not hotsyncing?

If you are trying to restore the data in your T3, you will need to do a Hotsync in which your computer overwrites the data on your T3. BEFORE YOU DO this go to your backup folder and delete the filed called "acropilot.prc". I think this file is used by Acrobat reader for the Palm. I don't know why it would stop the Hotsync. You may also want toi delete the Acrobat reader conduit fopr Palm from your computer.

You should be able to find your backup folder on you hard drive under: Program files/palmone//backup.

If you have already hard reset the T3 and attempt to Hotsync it, the Hotsync should automatically overwrite the data on your Plam.
