Liza, acne can come from sweating..make sure that when you are finished working out, you are washing your face immediately- while stil at the gym and using a clean towel (perferably one from home) each time...you can also carry those disposable face cloths which are treated with cleanser to wash with. The cleaner you keep your face the less likely it will be to break out from gym type breakouts.....ALSO, make sure you are not wearing makeup when you work out- foundation, especially, will clog pores when you sweat..
