acne

i have been battling with it for the last 3 yrs. i have tried different medications for acne aid lotion, klenzit, paroxyl cream, antibiotics but nothing works. infact these seem to give me an inflamation on my skin. i have even tried applying colgate and castor oil but still same results ACNE. currently am on herbal drinks the whole day no food for 10 days just organic mix of juices llike carrot, mango, ginger various mixes to name a few and its a painful recovery.
please assist my face.
