Try a ex-foliating face wash (the one with the little bits in the cream) to clean your pores.
Try visiting a sauna, the heat will open up your pores and 'cleanse' them.
Pimples can be easily treated with a cream called Retin-A as your doctor/derm.

yes black spots..im worried coz i tried to use too many creams but nothing happen please help me.thanks

They might be acne scars,
are you talking about when your pimple,
is completely gone, but there is a black scar there.
that's an acne scar,
I use aveeno foam cleanser to help with my acne.
and my scars it keeps my breakouts at bay and help,
diminish some of the apperance of acne.
