acne, what works?

ok, im wanting to know whats the best over the counter acne med. that really woorks??? any input greatly appreciated......
 
Accutane is the only thing that really, truly once-and-for all cleared up my acne. I've been crystal clear for over a year now.

Proactiv is good for mild acne but if its cystic, talk to your doctor about Accutane.
 
I've used alot of products, such as ProActiv, but none worked.

I'm using lemon juice at the moment and i'm seeing good results.

Proactiv works if you get like one or two pimples a month. There was a post recently about ClearComplex. Search the forums and you should be able to find it. It is a supplement and its over the counter. Try to avoid accutane until you have no other choice.
 
I don't have this problem but I can tell you that urine therapy is supposed to work. If you go online and read about urine therapy you will see that it's not a toxic substance, it's rich in nutrients and keeps the body very healthy. It's anti-cancerous, it's a remedy for all the infections, it even helps against infertility. In India and China people drink their urine every day. They say the morning urine is the best. It's very good for skin. You'll find alot of info about this natural and free therapy and it explains how to use it. I know that lots of people drink it around me and they all have beautiful skin. If you are on some medication you shouldn't drink your urine but you can drink your kiRAB' urine (only miRABtream). I just wanted to share with you about this natural remedy because lately I'v been doing research on it and I'm becoming a believer in it. I started drinking my own urine (I mix it with water). Some of you guys might not even consider this but I'm sure it would help you, just read about this first. There are books about that for example "Your own perfect medicine" by Martha M. Christy or "The water of life" by John Armstrong

If you read about urine therapy you will find that a lot of medications are made out of human urine.
