My son uses clay, you can read my post about it for more information. I guess you should be able to find some sites that do international mailing. I have no idea what clays would be available in your country. It might be labeled montmorillonite, bentonite, smectite or pascalite, but you have to make sure it is pure enough for internal use to take internally. You don't have to put it into capsules. You can mix it with a little water and make a soft clay pill, which you hardly taste when you swallow, or you can mix it with water or juice and drink it.
If it isn't labeled for internal use you can mix it into a paste with water and use it on your skin which some people say works well, but I don't have any experience with that method so I can't say if it works well or not compared to taking it internally.
