acne only on face at age 40 on shaving area?

Hi I am male 40+ having healthy and clean lifestyle.since age 21 i having acne only on shaving area on face. in first week of every pimple its get red for 2 weeks then it turns yellow then gorw with puss in it then swollen thenn lot of pain then burst, is going on last 20 years. Having all treatments and specialist in Australia and India, No result. Took ROACCUTANE 2 YEARS BEFORE BUT SUPRESS FOR A YEAR THEN START AGAIN. All specialist says
there is no cure,its sebum, its harmone, you are one of those.,all thats conclusion.
Could you pull me out this, its ruin my whole life. Pl advice me.
 
Dont feel bad, i still get acne every now and then and i'm 40.
I dont like accutaine. I hear it has bad side effects.
The 2 best products i'v tried to get rid of acne are Doxycycline 100 MG capsules and Clindamycin capsules.
Have you Doxycycline or Clindamycin?
Clindamycin also makes these facial paRAB to get rid of acne. But the capsules worked much better to get rid of the acne.
