Acne on shoulders....

Hi!

I'm having some acne problems on my shoulders and upper back. It's been going on for about three months now and can't seem to find anything to help minimize it. I wish someone warned me about ADULT acne! haha.

Anyone - please - give me some suggestions on what to use for my shoulder/back acne?? It's frustrating and I can't seem to stop picking at it.

Are you using a cleanser or body wash with BHA? It helps. Clean & Clear Continous Acne Fighting Cleanser has a 2% BHA. Neutrogena has one too.
