Acne On My Back

Hey I am A 13 year old boy and here is my problem >ACNE< -.- I have it all over my upper back and I don't know why it is there! my dad said it is because I take really hot baths/showers I started to take cool ones and my acne has not improved =/ does anyone know why?????????? I think it is just cuz Im starting puberty and I think it might be my genes
 
I think you might be right why your getting back acne.
I'm 39 and started to get back acne when i was in my 20s.
The 2 best products that worked for me to get rid of face and back acne were doxycycline or clindamycin. Both products were capsules.
There's a clindamycin acne product thats a pad.
The capsule version was much better for clearing your skin.
Now these are both anti biotics. I dont know if a derm will let you take either of them cause your 13.
