Acne on my arms/shoulders, back and chest, but not face. How do I care for those areas?

I will try to make this as short as possible, but I won't guarantee.

I've never had any sort of acne on my face; according to friends and family, it's been clean from the time I was a baby and even now, without me even putting an ounce of effort to keep it clean (moisturize, face wash, etc.). Meanwhile, acne kept building up on my back, chest and arms/shoulders and I simply did not know how to get rid of it; I tried using certain acne products, but to no avail.

I'm 20 years old and I still have that issue today. Not only that, but stretch marks plague my chest and back and I'm not even overweight (200 lbs exact), though I used to be. It's bad to the point that, during summer, pools or any bodies of water are the last places I want to be for the fear of embarrassing myself by taking my shirt off in public.

I even tried talking to my physician, and I'm on Doxcycl medication (spelling), which supposedly helps clear up this "infection" I have on my chest and back, but I've been on it for 3 months with no results. The acne on those areas resemble red dots and as I said, I do not know how to care for it, nor do I know how to care for the stretch marks on my body as well.

I'm wondering if anyone out there can give me a list of skin care products (preferable walmart products) that have worked for them and in what order they are to be used. Products such as:

Certain "bacne" products
Clay masks
Face Wash
Toner
Moisturizer
Skin Exfoliator
Anything to help rid myself of stretch marks
Anything else that you would recommend

I'm sick of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin and I want to do something about it. If anyone out there can help, I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks!
