I'm a 58 year old male and I still get acne on the side of my chin from time to time about every two to three months. It will go away then come back. I wash my face at night and I never shave hard. why do I get acne in that area at my age?

Burdock Root and Red Clover Flower, Yellow Dock, and Dandelion Root would be a great corabo for acne these herbs work by killing acne on the inside they do take a long time to kick in though. I'm not really thinking its that hormonal at this age, I think its more the shaving and irritation and dry skin possible lack of moisturizer. On the face be sure your using a moisturizer at this age dry skin is an issue and can actual promote acne. Many men don't use moisturizer and that alone can make the difference! Change your shaving cream to something with less fragrance and more gentle, dont over shave and after shave can be pretty harsh you could be irritating your skin. I see you wash at night you should be doing it morning and night you could be waking up with a dirty chin. Keep your hanRAB off your chin and wash your pillow case often. A simple soap as Cetaphil and Cetaphil moisturizer should be all you need.

* Also if you take any medications see if one of the side effects is acne.
