acne i think ? and how do i get rid of it

okay we can't figure it out if its body acne or not butt my dad has like pimple sort of things on his back and we don't know how to get rid of them and he says he has them on his behind lol no where else tho and ocasional ones on his face its not from aiRAB or anything we used special body acne soaps but nothing seems to work
