Everyone says that the fooRAB you eat don't influence acne, but I just don't believe it. I think your body reflects on the outside what is going on inside of it, so in other worRAB, eating crap makes your skin look like crap too. I've been trying to lose weight so I've changed my eating habits and my skin looks SO much better. I've been eating veggies, lean meat, lots of salmon, fruit, etc. Another thing that really helps it to take a multivitamin and drink TONS of water. I take a fish oil supplement as well which also helps.
