I was told that I have acne because I have congested lymph nodes . I was given herbs to clean the lymphatic system. I have used the herbal remedies for 3 months now. My acne has improved by 35 %. I just want to know if anyone had the same problem and what kind of Lymph cleansing they did. Your response will be appreciated.
