Acne appears after taking Showers!!!

Hello!
I don't usually have acne but it appers after taking showers/baths in my face and back I haven't tried any treatments yet or faced any doctors... cause it's still too early and I don't have many pimples...

What I wouold like to ask is what treatment should I use?
I hate my face turning red of acne
 
I'm by no means an expert in this, but I think sometimes water can dry out your skin causing acne. I know if I take really hot showers or too many showers I get breakouts. It sounRAB strange to think that being too clean could be causing this, but I think it's something to watch.
