acne and pregnancy

I've been having bad acne for the last year and I am now pregnant and it is worse on my back and all over my face. I use to just get it on my chin and forhead and now it's on my cheeks around my eybrows on my shoulRAB, back , chest :confused: Does anyone have any suggestions? It's bad enough I feel bloated and fat but now this.
 
Acne may get worse during the 1st trimester. However, it would usually get better after that.
