Acne: Am I progressing at a proper rate?

My doctor has given me a regiment to follow that I have been doing since February 13. I have already gone thru the first breakout and everything and actually for the most part my acne has really improved. However, Im noticing I'm still gettin pimples. Even right now I see a couple of small pimples developing on my face. It not as near as bad of a breakout as the ones I used to get, but I was thinking that the treatment is supposed to completely prevent pimples from appearing. Is that right? Or is it normal to have small breakouts during treatment? thank you
 
Its normal. I was on accutane and still broke out on my back. You can't kill all the bad bacteria...and if some odd reason you do pimples are cause by clogged pores such as dirt and dead skin. and any meds they give you can't prevent that.
