Acid Xpress 7 Download issues: sony windows installer preloader stopped working?

i'm trying to install acid xpress7 and every time i try it leaves me this message.

"sony windows installer preloader has stopped working
a problem has caused the program to stop working correctly
windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

How do i fix this??????? help please.
