acid reflux

I have had two surgurys where they wrapped my esophagus to stop the acid reflux sadly the surgurys did not work i still have trouble swallowing (gets stuck in middle of chest) and occasionally if i get sick to my stomach and vomit i also vomit blood can someone help me understand this problem i go back to the same dr who performed the operations and i am going to have him recommend a gasteorlogists because appariently he did not do something correct or my body just rejected this can someone please help me on this subject?
 
One of the things you need to do is decrease your dairy, meat and grain consumption as these are all acid producing... Eat more fruits and vegetables. But definitely see a different GI specialist.
