acid reflux worse during my cycle

It could be related to the hormones which cause you stress or making things go out of whack. Mine is worse during that time too and I still have yet to find out why I am having such severe symptoms with no relief.
 
Ladies! I think you may be right. Mine seems to flare up right before it starts. Like during the PMS time. But I am going to see if it is bad during the period as well. Mine is due by tomorrow. My reflux is SO BAD tonight! I have been so bad with my diet and had coffee 4 days in a row. No wonder I am being punished. The mucus is horrific and I have a gaggy cough.
 
Mine is definately made worse during my cycle. Think about all the hormones and how your body changes. Lots of things like that can throw your digestive system off.

I just wish there was a way to control the symptoms.
