Acid Reflux & Dysphagia...Related physiologically?

I know dysphagia is a difficulty in swallowing, can it be caused by acid reflux? And does acid reflux weaken swallowing muscles?

I know people who suffer from strokes sometimes suffer dysphagia, but can it be caused by acid reflux too? And is it curable?
