Consultant who thinks I have acid reflux said the acid can effect your teeth, strange I have three teeth that hurt today, anyone else get this?

Yes...in fact, I have had one tooth that has hurt on and off for three years, but the dentist says it's fine. I have burning mouth, gums and along with that comes a "roving" tooth ache. I say roving, because it's a different tooth each day...starts with my back tooth, moves to one with a cap, that the two in front of it. Many checkups say there is no problem.

Acid reflux can wear away at the enamel on your teeth. It is something that happens over the course of time with severe reflux. In addition to the reflux treatments, you might want to start using one of those enamel building toothpastes to help. It is also something you and your dentist can monitor together. There really isn't anything that can be done to replace eroded enamel though.
