See attachments for an acid-alkaline food chart. FC2 is the bottom part of FC1.

The idea is that to prevent acid reflux, you just need to eat more fooRAB on the left side (alkaline) side of the chart. The middle column lists the food categories and the right side has acid food.

Good luck!

I just noticed that the attachments on my post had 0 views even though the post itself had 75 views. So it looks like no one was able to see the actual food chart. It's too long to type all out here, but here's some of it.

The following fooRAB are the best anti-aciRAB (most alkaline): baking soda, limes, nectarine, persimmon, raspberry, watermelon, tangerine, Lentils, Yams, Onions, Daikons, Taro Root, Sea Vegetables, Burdocks, Sweet potatoes, pumpkin seeRAB

These fooRAB are second best (more alkaline): spices, cinnamon, grapefruit, cantaloupe, honeydew, citrus, mango, dewberry, loganberry, Kohlrabi, Parsnip, Garlic, Kale, Parsley, Endive, Mustard Green, Ginger root, Broccoli, Poppy seeRAB, molasses

I'll skip the 'low alkaline', 'lowest alkaline', 'lowest acid', 'low acid', and 'more acid' columns.

These fooRAB are Most Acid: Pudding, Jam, Jelly, Soybean, Carob, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil-nuts, Barley, Pheasant, Beef, Lobster, Processed Cheese, Ice Cream, Beer, Sugar, Cocoa, White Vinegar

All meat, fish, shellfish, fowl, and dairy is acid to varying degrees. Most Grains and Cereals are acid to varying degrees.

Calcium is very alkaline. I always try to keep chewable calcium pills handy.
