hello, recently i can randomly experience aches and pains on my left side. it does not feel like a heart pain, as there is no one point which hurts more, merely a pain on my left side. i have had no previous health problems, except very mild asthma and a few allergies like cats/dust and hay fever. according to me doctor i have an athletes pulse.
notes about me:
i have just turned 22
i am a smoker, cut down to 10 a day, from about 20 in the last few months. smoked 20 a day for about 2 years.
drink on average about 3 pints daily of weak bear, (fosters etc) daily, although long drinking sessions are frequent
about once a month i will binge of amphetamines like cocaine and ecstasy, which leads to more drinking and smoking.
work a sometimes stressful (head waiter in a busy restaurent)
have quite a healthy diet but drink alot of caffine
i do not do a great deal of exercise (running/cycling/gym etc) but will be walking/rushing around 8 hours a day straight
so occasionally will have pains in the left part of my chest, has anyone been in a similar situation? does this sound like a problem people have had before? is this a cause of concern or me being a wimp? am not normally one to ask for help or complain, but am trying to lead a healthier lifestyle, and need to get things sorted
