My mum owns an Acer Aspire laptop (5740 to be exact) and wants to use the bluetooth feature. I have tried installing the driver from the Acer site, but it just says that the driver could not be installed. I then tried to install the bluetooth software and it just says that there is no bluetooth device connected so the software can't be installed. When pressing the bluetooth button on the top left, it says No Device on the screen and nothing happens.
Any ideas?
