Accutane

I have been on Accutane for 4 months. 40m/g a day. I have moderate face acne and moderate to severe back and chest acne. Accutane has cleared my face while I was on it. My chest and back, however, didn't clear much. I have some scarring, but I'm pretty sure I can fade those since there new. I have been off Accutane for about a week and I'm already starting to see small pimples on my face and my chest and back are the same. My doc put me on Duac in the morning for my face and some foam stuff for my chest and back. Im already scheduled for a second course of Accutane in February 2011. just want some basic advice or stories. Should I ask my derm for some cream at night for my face? After ending Accutane does your skin usually stay clear for a couple of months? What should I do?

hi there i was on roaccutane for 5 months with very mild acne two months after finishing my acne returned really bad worse than ever. so i am now on a second course. 3 months in and stil no improvement!! i really hope yours goes away as well as mine.
