My son is on accutane. Just starting is 3rd month. Up to 3 pills a day. A few days after moving up to 3 pills he did start have night vision problems. Within a day the problems were during the day as well. Not able to focus as well. He wants to keep taking it because it is working. I am concerned about long term effects. He also has had the joint & bone pain. Should he keep taking it?
