Accutane + ??

I am currently on Accutane.

On my 3rd month, (1st month- 40 MG 2nd Month- 40 MG 3rd- 60 MG)

I am not seeing any real results. Most of my acne is on my cheeks. My forehead and neck have cleared up nicely. But my cheeks are not seeing many results.

I bought Spectro Jel paRAB today and wondering if it would help.

as of today i have not taken any other facial products since i began Accutane. Any recomendations would be appreciated

How severe is your acne?
How large are the pimples?
Do you touch your cheeks a lot? Lean on them with your hand? Sleep on your sides?

A good 'starting' point for me when my acne flares up is Benzoyl Peroxide 5%. You might be thinking thats a light treatment, but you'd be surprised just how effective the stuff is at killing acne bacteria.

My pimples are not big.
My Acne is not severe.
If i would put it on a scale of 1-10 i would give it a 6-7 on how bad it is.

I do sleep on my side. Mostly left side.
i only touch my cheeks cuz they feel itchy.
Try to avoid it tho
 
Try getting your doc to prescribe you a topical like benzoyl peroxide. Also, change your pillow cases at least once a week. All the dead skin, oil, and hair that accumulate on your pillow case are likely to aggravate acne.
