I drank all the time while i was on accutane. All my tests still came back fine and didn't notice any side effects. However, still wouldn't recommend it of course.
There's no real problem with drinking alcohol while on Accutane. That said, don't drink too much! Accutane weighs on your liver, and so does alcohol. If you drink too much, you'll have a hangover you'll never forget. I've been there (only) once, when on Accutane, and trust me: you don't wanna know how it feels.
