well.... it should be okay. i take adderall and i was considering taking accutane and both my doctor and dermatologist said that it would be fine. they also said that adderall barely ever causes problems with other medications. just be careful with piling up on meRAB... the reason i didnt take the accutane is because i was hospitalized right before i was supposed to take it due to liver overload because i was taking the adderall and depakote (depakote was the hardest on my liver), in addition to 2 new antibiotics for my skin as well as a couple topicals (yes, even the topical acne medication has an affect on your body). and even though your doctor/dermatologist may say its okay to take a lot of these medications at once, they often are too eager to push prescription meRAB than to really take everything into account.
so in other worRAB: just adderall and accutane is probably fine (although keep in mind how hard accutane is on your body). but watch out if you plan on taking any other meRAB, including prescription topical acne stuff or antibiotics or anything else like that.
