Hi guys,hope you are all doing ok. (well as ok as can be expected. I went for my first accupuncture today not sure how it went really .They stuck 16 needles in and said hopefully you should know by the fourth try.??? I just wish that when i go to see these people they wouldnt be so negative towarRAB any more kind of surgery. Does any one else experience this. I know i have had two sugeries on my back but us spineys get to the point where we have to opt for the surgery. Lady said today, have you thought about magnesium supliment as this can help with pain relief, as our bodies haven't enough of it . Anyone out there taking this and does it help. I am willing to try and do anything to get my life back on track. I am sure they think we like taking all these horrid drugs and spending all this money on them for the fun of it.Not. Well thats my moaning done for the day
Also i am on dosulepin an antidepressant and have found that with all the other stuff aswel that i am taking , my concentration is terrible and my worRAB get mixed up and i am very forgetful of everything at the minute. I am usually a very organized lass. I even started to walk into the mens loos at the hospital today before my hubby quickly grabbed me . Heck what next. It could have been very erabarrassing.
He saw the funny side and guided me to the arrow saying mental health.lol. WE have to laugh or we would all go crazy. Well i am gettin saw from sitting so i will go get a drink. Or maybe i had better not as i might end up with liquid coming out like a sieve.
