Acculign rear set group buy...

Very nice pics! I can't believe what two realtively small mods does to a bike...

All's we need now is ASV Group buy (already in the works in the for sale section!) and a top triple clamp group buy...Acculign's of course...

"Ahhh Nick? when is the ASV going to be ready for order? and What are the chances of an Acculign top triple clamp GB?"
 
good call on the shifter k, got down the end of my street and realised, turned home and sorted it. first ride today and they're fantastic........right hand side is touching the exhaust though, need a washer to space it out a few mm, of course i had none
 
Just installed mine a couple days ago but now having issues with shifting. I cant shift into first gear. The furthest it would go would be neutral unless i get off the bike and force it by hand to go into first gear. Any advice on how I can fix this? My bike is set up for reverse shifting where I rotated the shift linkage 180 degrees. I never had problems with the stock lever. is this fix as simple as making adjustments or did I fcuk up somewhere? This is my first time installing rear sets.
 
Make sure the splined piece coming off the output shaft and the lever pivot piece on the rear set is parallel so the leverage is the same shifting up or down.

If you did not touch the output shaft end, I would adjust the end on the rear set.

Cool...thanks for the tip. il check that out whenever I get free time. this is my track bike so i probably wont even get to it til the next track day.....
 
Hey 748, are you running with the GP shifting (reverse) or did you stick with regular shifting?

I'm just trying to get an idea how the GP shifting is like with the the Acculign package #2...Anyone?

Still waiting for mine...
