Thanks. It wasn't really a track day per se, I attended the 2 days of California Superbike School and found out that my pegs needed some adjustment for optimal performance. I got a sneak peak of what's covered in Level 3 which is proper body position. They had me hold my body postion on my bike using just my legs and I couldn't do it without holding onto the handlebars. Once, I had my pegs adjusted I was able to do hold my body up by pressing my knees against the side tank, this allowed me to go into corners without putting any stress on the handlebars.
