According to this astronomy guide, Ophiuchus is on the path of the Sun?

This astronomy website has different drawings of constellation groups. This one is for the signs of the zodiac, or the path of the Sun. Back when astrology was began it was not a part of the path, but things have moved and now it is.

It sits the same amount above the line that Scorpio sits below it. Do astrologers plan to somehow include it when astrology is updated?
