Spec tactics squads; does that mean? ...TACP isn't a special tactics/special operations unit?

Entrance into a spec ops/tactics afsc have higher standards for vision capabilities and unfortunately my vision isn't good enough for spec ops/tactics jobs such as PJs or combat controller.
I'm just curious whether TACP falls into the same physical standards for vision.
