Please help I'm so worried, I accidently sprayed SPF60 sunscreen in my mouth. I didn't swallow it, I spit it out and I rinsed my mouth with hot water for at least 3-5 minutes. It's 7 hours is there anything to worry?

Boy, you sound like me! I would not worry about the sunscreen in your mouth since you did not digest it. I imagine once you tasted it, and realized it wasn't a good taste you spit it out, making it a small amount.

After a good brushing and mouth washing I am sure you are fine. If it has been 7 hours with no ill effects, I would not worry anymore.

I can relate...I have super glued my teeth to my tongue, drank paint rinse water, stuck a needle in my eye, and countless other dumb things.

Thankfully our bodies can protect ourselves from our silly mistakes, and we live on to another day!

If you would feel better, you can always call poison control for reassurance. Ill bet that is the last time you ever do that...

Oh gosh me too regarding those home accidents. I have superglued my fingers together, and I once swallowed a bit of tooth whitening paste that specifically said do NOT swallow. It was a wee amount but I too was so worried.

It sounds to me like you are fine but I agree with the other poster. IF you are still worried, call the poison control center, and or your doctor.
