Accidentally denied Google Chrome access to my internet connection. How do I fix it?

Yesterday I had an alert from my computer, I'm not sure if it was from the computer's Security Center or McAfee. It was saying a program wanted access to the internet. I didn't know what it was, so me being stupid, I clicked "Don't Allow". Now Google Chrome no longer works. How do I fix this??
