So I was hit by a drunk driver along with another car. They were uninsured so I was going to just collect money from my uninsured coverage to cover the suffering of the neck injury I sustained. I just recieved a subpoena in the mail and need to appear in court next week. I am assuming the other victim is pressing charges. My question is whether I am able to seek compensation at this hearing. I have never been to court so have no idea what this session will be like. Anything will help. Thanks
