I work for a company that was sold and retained employees. We had to fill out new applications and reapply for our positions. The Managment from the old company are still in place for now and are using my old personnel records to evaluate me.) I live in Florida and am a non superviosry hourly employee. Should the New company have access to these records if I reapplied and went to zero with the new company?
