AC Revelations pre order mission?

I pre ordered at gamestop and got the free stuff. Put tge code in (ps3) clicked redeem and went to the bathroom. Came back and all it said was "thank you for using the psn store" or whatever it says. No download or anything. I checked downloads and its not there. Was it suppose to download something or is it akready in the game and all it does iut unlock it? No idea if it worked or not
