ac for lincoln town car, little problem thanks for any help?

i have a 1998 lincoln town car. it has a 120 000 kms on it . works great. but i noticed a noise today and its looks like the ac pump has three little bushings on the front it, and there is only one left. it looks like they dried out. the ac works great. just wondering if i could just replace the bushings. thank you for any help
