Ok, so It's the end of June/beginning of July right now.
A friend and I are going as Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders on Halloween. We want to look as good as possible, and get flat abs, if not a slight 6 pac. I don't want to look buff or anything, just have amazing abs.
I have a gym membership, and i would like to know what things I should do there, and how many of each, to reach this goal.
