About web cam and Chat room? Illegal activities?

Okay me and this girl on chat room starting talking she claimed she was 19, and anyway, I she wanted to see my penis, and i showed her it, and she sent me nude photo share of her, now she says she is 15, but i didnt save her photos and the chatroom was 18 and up adult site, now how much crap am i in? and am I a bad person?
 
You were in a CHAT ROOM and thought she was 19, that's a little different then being with her in person as far as a defense. Yeah you should stop talking to her and I wouldn't consider you a bad person, it's not like you knew from the start. Anyway you're likely not going to get in any trouble.
 
Unless she obviously was not 19 I wouldn't say you're a bad person. It's not always obvious.

How much trouble, if any, you're in depends on your state. I know that in my current state of Louisiana ignorance is an acceptable defense. Look up your state laws!
 
I don't think it's illegal if you didn't know she was 15. Don't talk to her anymore, and you probably won't have a problem.
 
The fact that the chat room is SUPPOSED to be adults only works in your favor. Assuming she APPEARED to be 19, I doubt you would actually be charged in any US state. Also note, you STILL only have her word about her age. You KNOW she lied once, you just don't know for certain WHEN.

If you are or are not a 'bad person' is a moral judgment. Some people would argue exchanging such photos qualifies regardless of the ages of the people involved.
