so my friend wants to change her phone to the aleais 2 or whatever that pone is but it says she has to buy data the owner b4 who had this phone had the data taken off his phone with a payment of $34 is this true can we do this now we really need an answer she leaves for school tomorow and really need a new phone well one that works
