Hi, I've applied for a used car loan during last week of July and got it disbursed on 1st of August.. But the amount dint come to me but it is in the account of DSA(the dealears who did the processing with bank)..
I've done the agrement for the same but I have not taken the amount, neither the car..
The car owner is not selling the vehicle as his brother wants to use that car itself.. So, that amount, whichever is sanctioned on my name is not yet utilized, n neither the car's been bought.. Now the DSA(the out side dealer who did my processing with bank) is saying I cant transfer it any other car.. Even I dint use any papers of that car, on which the loan got sanctioned.. And moreover he is asking me to cancel this loan and pay some amount.. He says, the loan amount sanctioned was, 3,23,000 but I'll get only 3,13,000 after their processing fees deductions,, N now he is saying I have to pay the amount another 14,000Rupees to cancel that amount(3,13,000) which is already coming after their deductions.. (Infact, it dint come to my account also till now n neither I used or seen it)..
Now my problem is either I want to stop it or get it transfered to another vehicle, as I've not at all used it.. Kindly help me..
