about the AP psychology and language/composition exams?

any tips on studying for taking these exams? im taking the courses but my psychology class is very unorganized and im not feeling to confident about the exam and as for the language/comp. one my teacher tends to rush through things and im not very confident of my writing so can someone give me some tips or advice to help? thanks so much, all is appreciated! =D
