What if someone rented an appartment under a false name.
A search warrant is executed on the appartment while the person is not home.
They find drugs.
How would they charge the person if they just never came back to the appartment
because they know what happened? Say a neighbor told them...

Say the people renting the appartment rented it with someone elses drivers license and they were careful enough to not leave anything laying around with their name on it?
And what if the police didn't know who the suspect was they just knew that people were selling drugs out of this appartment, say from annonomous tips?
