American platinum financial are scams.My house is in forclosure on Jan 04 2011 and they have ignore my calls.I am a 60 year old disable widow and american platinum has taken advantage of me.Paid them $1900.00 dollars.Have cried pleaded with them to return my calls and no respond.I contacted then since Feb.2010 and paid them since then.What to do but contact an attorney.Make sure you research when you are desperate for help.What to do next i don't know,but it breaks my heart there are companies that will do that.Good luck to other people like myself.Don't be taken like i was.
