about my computer and the adobe flash player?

ok.i had let my mom see my laptop because she wanted to go on this website where you look at exercising equipment and get the number from the people who's selling the equipment.and then she said that she disabled my adobe flash player.but we both don't know how to get my adobe flash player back.can anybody help me please.i want to be able to look at online pics and be able to look at video's but i can't.help me please
